Power in Prayer – Pastor Ken’s Blog

I John 5:14-15

One of the greatest encouragements in prayer is God’s Promise that “if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him”.    Wow !!!

Our prayer lives become so strong when we open up God’s Word and ask Him for what we read in black and white that He has specifically told us we should be asking Him for.   Nothing can be more powerful ! Nothing can be more exciting !

Let’s remember today that God has told us in Matthew 9: 37-38, ” Then He said to His disciples, The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

This is a promise.   This is not just true sometimes.  This will work every time.    This is God’s will.   This is agreeing with God!  I love stuff that is for sure!
